A 54 year old Woman,was apprehended For Recruiting Self Into the Nigeria Police Force.

Mrs. Christiana Otukogbe by name who reportedly recruited herself into the Nigeria Police Force and operated in that capacity over the years, has finally been apprehended for impersonation in Lagos State.

Christiana Otukogbe, was apprehended by the Police at Ipaja Division.

The woman, Christiana ran into trouble after the Police went to Maborukose Street in Ipaja to arrest a criminal suspect, Samson Francis, who is the grandchild to Mrs. Christiana and she aided his escape as she obstructed the Police from performing their duty.

As the unpleasant information got to the DPO, CSP Tokumbo Aboniwonda, she directed Christiana to meet with her in order to know why she would obstruct officers on duty whereas she was a Police woman.

It was during interrogation that it was discovered that she was not a genuine Police officer and her home was searched. The Police uniform, which she obtained to perform her illegal duties, was recovered as an exhibit.

She finally confessed that she was a fake Police officer despite the fact that she had worked in many places as an officer.

Having been found culpable, the Police subsequently charged her before the Ogba Magistrates Court for obstruction of arrest and impersonation.

When she was arraigned, she pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Inspector Kokoye Olusegun, asked the Court to give a date for hearing to enable the Police to prove that she actually committed the alleged offence since she pleaded not guilty.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.A. Dirisu, granted her bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.

The Court ordered her remand in custody pending when she will perfect her bail conditions.

The matter was adjourned till 23rd March, 2022, for mention.

American rapper, Bill Kahan Kapri, popularly known as Kodak Black has revealed he is unhappy after finding out he would be having another female child.

Abavo Anti-Cults apprehend a Teenager Who Stole #234,000
Men of Abavo Anti-cult Volunteers Cops has apprehended a 14-year old Ogana Udoka who stole 234,000 ( two hundred & thirty-four thousand naira ) from one Cynthia , a Point of Sales ( PoS) operator at Udomi junction , our source gathered.

According to information volunteered by the Commandant , Abavo Anti-cult Volunteers Cops , Apostle Miracle Okoh , the owner of the PoS Stands is one Mr Clement Onyeugbo while Miss Cynthia serves as his sales girl. The Teenager when apprehended by the community security outfit confessed that he actually stole the said amount from Cynthia and used it to buy two phones and gave one to his sister Joy. When queried , Joy in her statement said he taught that his younger brother was blessed by “Yahoo Yahoo”

The two has been handed over to the Abavo Divisional Police Headquarters for further investigation.

The sources, including governors and former governors, said the president chose Senator Abdullahi Adamu, who chaired the reconciliation committee of the party, during his meeting with APC governors at the State House on Tuesday.

With this development Sen. Adamu will take over from Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni who has been chairing the affairs of the party for almost two years.

The video, making rounds on Twitter by CNN correspondent Frederik Pleitgen, displays a TOS-1 heavy flamethrower, which can shoot thermobaric rockets mounted on a T-72 tank chassis.

The disturbing footage was captured south of Belgorod, Pleitgen said, which is about 45 miles away from Kharkiv, Ukraine.

The TOS-1 was first used during the Soviet war in Afghanistan, The Guardian said, and was also deployed in Chechnya and the Syrian civil war.

It can launch two types of warheads incendiary and fuel-air explosives. The latter, also called vacuum or thermobaric rockets, work by using oxygen from the surrounding air to generate a high-temperature explosion.

Update On Uromi Black Thursday as Police Recovers 35M

The sum of N35m was recovered from armed robbers who robbed four banks in Uromi, Edo state

The sum of 35 million naira has reportedly been recovered from the armed men that raided some banks in Uromi, Edo state, Nigeria

Thirty five million naira was recovered.
Rememberl that it was a black Thursday for residents of Uromi, Esan North-East Local government Area of Edo State, on Thursday,the 24th of February 2022 after the robbers robbed four banks and carted away millions of naira in sack bags.

According to new reports, making rounds, after the robbers fled the scene, some youths of Ubiaja community blocked the road by the rail line, forcing the men of the underworld to abandon their vehicles and escape in motorbikes.

They also left the stolen cash behind as well, and it has now been recovered and taken to Ubiaja police station where it was counted and said to be over N35 million naira.

The spokesperson of the Edo state police command, Bello Kolongs, confirming the new development, said the recovered money is currently in police custody.

He said,

“The police recovered two small bags containing women Items, one Union Bank ATM card and Thirty four million, five hundred and ten thousand Naira cash ( #34,510,000.00).

“Other recovered items were One Red Colour Camry car with Reg.No. EZA 105 KJA, One ash Colour Camry Car with Reg. No. KWL 19 DU, One Dark Ash colour corolla car with Reg. No. UBJ 734 SZ, One Lexus 330 car with Reg. No. AAA 973 FL, One Red Q. Link M/CYCLE With Reg. No. EZA 105 QN, One Red Day Long M/Cycle With Reg. No. ENU 204 QL, used for the operation.”
