In Enugu, 35,000 hectares of rice farms are destroyed by cattle.

A group known as the Enugu State Graduate Farmers has expressed shock at the state’s herders destroying their 35,000 hectares of rice farm.

The farm is situated in Umuiba, Nara, at the Ojoloko farm site in the Nkanu East local government area of Enugu State.

A few farmers in Enugu said in interviews with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday that their investments in farmland had been completely destroyed by cattle.

The bank that had lent them the money was now pursuing them for repayment, which infuriated them.

After grazing, they lit the farm on fire.

It is always on men’s minds what they want to do to you. Kenneth Okonkwo Tells Ladies: “Appreciate The Man Who Actually Opens Up To You About A Bad Habit Or Character Of Yours.”

Men are always thinking about what they want to do to you, the author wrote. Thank the man for genuinely opening up to you about the things you do that he finds objectionable.”

“You are loved by that man. The reason behind the prevalence of stories like “I was there with him from day one but he left me and married someone else” is that most men just put you where they think you belong.”

“Yes, you stayed. You did give up a few things for him, indeed. The issue was that, despite his complaints, you were unwilling to alter some of your behaviors and character. Men may discreetly leave you for this reason at times.

“A man is a cheater; it is in their nature.” ~ Baba Tee

Nollywood actor Baba Tee, aka Babatunde Bernard, discusses infidelity and says that cheating is practically inevitable for men.

A man’s natural tendency to cheat is deeply ingrained, according to the actor, who recently opened up about being physically abused by his first wife, in an interview with The Honest Bunch podcast.

Baba Tee says that even in cases of extramarital affairs, a man’s thoughts never leave his wife.

Until a woman chooses to marry an AI and have complete control over its behavior, he likens cheating to being a man’s “next skin.”

In response to the question of whether a woman is wasting her time trying to win a man over, Baba Tee says that she may wind up living alone for the rest of her days.

The landlord in Anambra reimburses the new tenant’s rent after learning that he is from Ebonyi State.

The affected tenant, pastor Ifeanyichukwu Eluu, wrote about his experience on the internet. What he wrote was

“My previous experience in obtaining an apartment in the state of Anambra was not pleasant. I had given the caretaker my entire payment for the apartment and was getting ready to move in the next day after signing the required tenancy agreement.

“However, there was a later review because we had stayed in a hotel for a longer period of time.” We therefore had to move into the property as soon as possible, and we told the caretaker of this. We hurried to acquire the necessities to furnish the house immediately, and that same evening, we moved in.

“At about midnight, I noticed an alert showing the precise amount of money I gave the caregiver. As soon as I called him, he informed me that the landlord had returned the money after learning that we were from the state known as “Abakaliki,” in Ebonyi.

“I was deeply offended, ashamed, and alarmed by the degree of prejudice directed towards my fellow brothers.

“I finally got a house but then the man asked where I’m demand I told him “Afikpo”. Then he said, okay, I know Afikpo, they are partly Abia state, I can consider you, that’s how we settled.

Going through this route just to get a house to live in doesn’t make me happy and it seems bias.

“Please, let the concerned handlers review this in time, hence the maxim “Igbo bu ofu”.

At one point, he was known as the “King of Photoshop.” She claimed, “I never saw the message he sent me on Facebook, and I did not reply.”

Simi stated that her objective is to defend women’s autonomy to do as they please, free from coercion or fear.

“It is all up to you whether you want to be a slay mama or the most submissive woman in the world,” she continued.

But Simi made a hint that a new album is on the way sooner rather than later.

Why I don’t consider my failed marriages as failure – Funke Akindele

Funke Akindele, a Nollywood producer, has opened up about her failures and the reasons behind her decision not to label her failed marriages as failures.

Akindele stated in a Wazobia FM interview in Lagos that her mother instilled in her the belief that success is impossible without failure at a young age.

She emphasizes the value of her work and mental health while saying she simply takes marriage “as it comes.”

The actress continued by saying that she wants to inspire the next generation, lead a meaningful life, and support her siblings and children.

“If you ask me now, can you tell me one failure? I do not see it as a failure,” she remarked. My personal life—my marriage—I just go with the flow. I put a lot of importance on my mental health. My career matters a lot, sweetheart.

“I must have an influence. I have to empower a lot of people. I have to motivate the youth in our community. I have to continue being strong for my siblings and kids. For what reason am I alive? My mind is focused because I have a goal.

According to Funke Akindele, “Yes, I cry and I break down, but after I cry, I just look in the mirror and say, ‘keep moving.'”

According to actress Caroline Danjuma, “I regret ending my marriage and would love to go back to my ex-husband”

Remember that in 2016 after nine years of marriage, Nollywood actress Caroline Danjuma and her ex-husband Musa Danjuma called it quits?

Caroline did, however, express in an interview that she would adore going back to see her ex-husband with media personality Innih Emah.

Had she had the experience she now has, she claims she never would have left her marriage.

She explained, “I think I would have handled it better if I had been this age and had the experience I have now. There were just some irreconcilable differences.”

The love of my life would always be him, Musa. My three children are fathered by him. I said to him, “You know what?” I am lucky to have this man as my husband. That being said, he would always be my true love, and that would never change.

“I would love to start a family and get married again, whether it is to my ex-husband or a new, wonderful man that God sent. Yes, if God says this is the man you are going to marry, I would absolutely love to return to him [my ex-husband]. Happiness and mental tranquility are all I want. I just want someone I can grow with and have peace of mind with as I get older. Money is not as valuable as mental tranquility.
