An unidentified hand of a handsome man has been chopped off by an embittered husband.How the man knew and who told the man off his wife’s affair with this victim is still not known.The man couldn’t hold his anger of seeing another man  un-top of his wife that he reached out for a sharp knife and cut off his hand.The young man was drenched in blood while his hand dropped on the floor. In as much as he made it to the hospital but the woman’s whereabout as of the time of filing this report is not yet ascertained. 

A Jos based make-up artist and fashion designer from Benue State, Deborah also known as Tushglam had died while dancing and celebrating her birthday.On the 4th of July 2020, Deborah was reported to have slumped while dancing at her birthday party and was later confirmed dead.Reports also said that Deborah was poisoned by her jealous friends after she received an order 11 pro iPhone as a gift on her birthday.

A house wife and mother of three, Aisha Dannupawa of Zamfara State who asked the court to dissolve her marriage to Ali Maizinari, because of the huge size of his manhood, has been granted divorce by a local Sharia Court.Aisha had told the court that she was traumatized after she was invited to his parent’s house and they had sex. She had married Maizinari after her first marriage failed.She narrated the sex experience as a nightmare, even when she reported to her mother who gave her some drugs and asked her to endure.She opted out and filed for a divorce when it became obvious that drug could not help.Her husband who did not contest her application, requested from court that Aisha should repay him the entire money spent during courtship and her dowry which he estimated to the total of ₦60,000.The court granted her bail with no objection from the husband.

Senator Ademola Adeleke, Davido’s Uncle gifted Adenike, 25 ( Singer Davido’s Cousin) a Benz upon her graduation from Oak-wood University in Huntsville, Alaba United States in May 2020. There was also an in-house celebration with few family and friends.Senator Adeleke shared the news of her graduation and gift on Instagram.
Until June 2019, Ademola Adeleke was the Senator representing Osun-west Senatorial District. He contested the governorship election against Gboyega Oyetola of All progressive Congress who won the the election in 2018.

Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife had announced through a post on his Instagram page that he would be responsible of the tuition fee up to tertiary institution and still employ upon graduation the 17-year-old boy, Samuel who drew a pencil portrait of him.The ooni had narrated that he was tagged on twitter few months back from the young man who made a brilliant pencil drawing of him and to appreciate his art, the Ooni invited him to his palace.The 17-year-old Samuel is about to graduate from secondary school and the ooni will be in charge of him henceforth. 

The police have arrested and paraded two Chinese nationals in Abuja for locking up eight (8) Nigerian staff in an apartment for past four months.As at the time of this report, it is not certain the kind of job these Nigerian staff offers the Chinese couple, but in affirmation, they were domestic staffs. 
A tip-off by a radio listener who called during the “Brekete Family” programme of the human rights Nigeria, had made a team of six police officers from the FCT Divisional Police Command in Utako, the International Centre for Investigative Reporting (ICIR), to swing into action and raided the residence of the Chinese nationals at No. 117, Jabi area, Abuja.A man who gave his name as Alex who is a driver to the couple, said that since the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, he and the other 7 domestic staffs have been working.A woman amongst the eight rescued narrated that a certain amount of money is dedicated from their salary if anyone goes out. Even when she complained of being sick, they refused her going out. No one leaves the mansion.₦3,000 was deducted from another worker because he stubbornly went out to fill his pension form.The staffs complained they were not given food by the Chinese couples aside their salaries.Initially, the Chinese couple were putting calls through and refused to follow the police men but later succumbed as they were instructed to go with the police.

The Enugu State government has swung into action into action in the adequate care and offset the medical bills of Miss Nneoma Nnadi, a house help who maltreated and injured by her guardians, Mrs. Ifeoma Ozougwu and her husband, Mr. Jude Ozogwu.The Enugu State Police Command arrested these couples, after the news got to governor of the State, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and he directed the Commissioner for Gender affairs and Child Development, RT. Hon. Princess Peace Nnaji, to visit the victim at the hospital and ensure adequate medical attention.Reports have it that the woman and husband who hail from Aku in Igbo-Etiti Local government area but resides at Thinkers Corner, Enugu, inflicted the child with various degree of injuries.Hon. Nnaji ensured that this matter will never be overlooked and will also ensure that every child is protected.The mother of the victim, Mrs Nnedinso expressed gratitude to Gov. Ugwuanyi for the state’s intervention and concern.

A nineteen (19) year-old Chemistry Undergraduate Of University of Ilorin, Ajayi Joshua Oluwatobi, had been jailed to nine (9) months Imprisonement by Justice Sikiru Oyinloye Of Kwara State High court on Tuesday, 30^th june, 2020,  for defrauding three (3) fellow students who were seeking accommodation.

Justice Oyinloye ordered Oluwatobi to pay the sum of One hundred and Five Thousand Naira (#105,000) as a fine aside the prison term after he was found guilty of three –count Charges. The Justice said that this will serve as a warning to others nursing such a crime as each crime he committed attracts three (3) months imprisonment which runs concurrently.

The charges read that: Ajayi Joshua Oluwatobiloba, on the month of November 2019, in Ilorin, within the jurisdiction of this honorable court, cheated by fraudulently deceived Oluwabukolami Eniola to pay Forty Five Thousand Naira (#45,000) into the GT bank account 045262140 of one Hassan Adefemi Daniel as payment for Hostel accommodation, a representation you knew to be false and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 320 of the Penal Code and punishable under Section 322 of the same Law.”

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC port Harcourt’s Zonal Office on Tuesday, june 30, 2020, Arraigned Alleged Internet Fraud Kingpin, Onwuzuruike Ikenna (a.k.a Jeff Sikora), a self –styled President/ Chief Executive Officer Of United States-based for $8.5m scam.

The offence contravenes Section 1 (a) of the advanced Fee Fraud and other Fraud Related offences Act, 2006 and punishable under Section 1 (3) of the same act.

Justice A.T Mohammed of the Federal High Court sitting in Port- Harcourt, River State in the presence of Prime Trust Credit Union Bank, found Onwuzuruike, on an eight (8) count charges centering on impersonation, forgery, conspiracy, possession of proceeds and obtaining of money by false pretence to the amount of Eight Million, Five Hundred and Two Thousand Dollars ($8,502,000,00).

He confessed; I started killing this February and I have kidnapped and killed four persons since I started. I tell them I want to buy shoes that I sell and they believe it. I kill them by holding them on their neck.

A man suspected to be a serial killer that specializes in abducting and killing his victims in Igbo-Etche , Etche Local Government has confessed while being paraded by the River States Police Command before Journalists in his home.

The man who is also a shoe maker had led the journalists to the suck away where he disposes the dead bodies of his victims who are mostly his clients who supplies him shoes to sell. He narrated that his wife and children in Garrison but his wife is not aware of his heinous actions as he stays alone in his house at Igbo-Etche. He kills his victims by first striking them on their hearts and then strangles them.

An Igbo man by name Mazi, Ikenna Nweke who resides in Japan has been commended by the Japanese Police for returning a lost wallet containing a credit card and also a huge money to its owner through the police.Nweke is a Ph.D student at the University of Tsukuba, Japan and also a teaching assistant in same University.The police had expressed their gratitude towards his selfless attitude, in a letter to him. They stressed that not every Nigerian is criminal minded.Nweke who hails from Amauzari in Isiala Mvano LG, Imo State, was born in Anambra State, and raised in Okpoko Onitsha before relocating to Japan in 2013 through a scholarship by the Japanese government, narrated to press that he stumbled on the wallet while climbing the stairs to buy some items for the wife at Tsukaba centre.

Bukola, a mother two, was rushed to the Ile Epo General Hospital by her husband’s brother who lives nearby after she attempted to kill herself by drinking a poisonous substance.Bukola who resides at No. 2 Kuburat Lawal Street, Abule-Egba, Lagos, revealed on the hospital bed that her action was on the basis of frustration and maltreatment by her husband, Mr. Wasiu Agboola who beats and inflicts her with pains which was confirmed by her neighbours who pleaded anonymity. They said the woman suffers battering and beating from any slight disagreement especially when she refuses him sex because she’s hungry. They confirmed also that she sleeps in the cold outside the street when he throws her out and anyone who tries to intervene gets a fight from the husband. What made her want to give up on life this time is that the man forced her on Thursday night to break into improvised save (Kolo) to buy foodstuffs for five (5) children who had not eaten for few days. 

Two brothers, Saheed Obadimeji, aged 19 and Ayodeji Obadimeji, 18 who resides at Tunde Balogun Street, Shapati, Ibeju- Lekki were arrested by 8:30 am on the 26th of June by the police team with fresh human head which they hid in a sack, while on patrol between Ajah/Epe express way.The suspects had confessed that a native doctor by name Sodiq, had contracted them at the cost of two hundred thousand Naira (₦200,000) to provide him with human head.The brothers triggered by the money, lured the victim by sending the 10 year old boy, Joseph Makinde to buy coke, when he returned, they held him and cut off his head with a knife.Till now, effort is still being made to arrest Sodiq Abefe, the native doctor who contracted these brothers to commit murder, meanwhile, the remaining part of the victim’s body has been recovered from an uncompleted building at Shapati.This case has been handed over to the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence (SCIID) by the Commissioner Of Police for proper investigation.

Kadijah, a 5year old girl was raped to death by her cousin. Kadijah’s mum had sent her With her elder sister who is 8-year-old on an holiday to stay with their aunty, her mum’s elder sister. Sadly, their elder cousin who’s the son of their aunt raped them. He first raped the first daughter who’s 8year. His mum found out but kept it away from her younger sister, Kadijah’s mum and started treating her secretly.The son didn’t stop there, he went ahead and raped the last girl, Khadijah, who’s just 5year old. He destroyed her private part. His mother also his it from the children’s mother and started treating her as well, but unfortunately, Khadijah died out of rape pains.To worsen the matter, their Aunt called her younger sister that her child is dead, crying she doesn’t know what killed her and she wants to bury her. The husband of her younger sister abruptly refused and took his children for autopsy. The result came out that her 5year old daughter was repeatedly raped to death.The second daughter who’s also 8 year old was also examined and the doctor confirmed that her womb was completely destroyed. The aunt and her son have been arrested and she confessed she tried her best to treat the girls. She said she couldn’t report her son out of mother’s love..

Mogbonjubola Awofolu had shared her story on Instagram after an abusing husband broke her hand as she prevents him from beating his wife. According to the the lady, the man had carried her dressing morrow and threw at her as the man, Tobi came to her house to beat up his wife and tried to stop him. She also alleged that the man went to the police station before she could get there to report and bribed the police to pervert Justice.
