Abavo Anti-Cults apprehend a Teenager Who Stole #234,000
Men of Abavo Anti-cult Volunteers Cops has apprehended a 14-year old Ogana Udoka who stole 234,000 ( two hundred & thirty-four thousand naira ) from one Cynthia , a Point of Sales ( PoS) operator at Udomi junction , our source gathered.
According to information volunteered by the Commandant , Abavo Anti-cult Volunteers Cops , Apostle Miracle Okoh , the owner of the PoS Stands is one Mr Clement Onyeugbo while Miss Cynthia serves as his sales girl. The Teenager when apprehended by the community security outfit confessed that he actually stole the said amount from Cynthia and used it to buy two phones and gave one to his sister Joy. When queried , Joy in her statement said he taught that his younger brother was blessed by “Yahoo Yahoo”
The two has been handed over to the Abavo Divisional Police Headquarters for further investigation.
Apostle Miracle asked parents to monitor the activities of their children and report suspicious expenditures to security agencies adding that security is everyone’s look out, he further frowned at the get rich quick syndrome being promoted by some parents. ” A situation where a child of 14 years without any viable means of livelihood buy things for parents / family members without being question is wrong. Our tomorrow leaders need re-orientation on value system. I passionately urge our parents to watch their children”, Apostle Miracle admonished.
