Enugu Igbo women have called for Harmony and Peace in South East
ENUGU-IGBO women under the group “Nkata Ndi Inyom Igbo”, NNII, expressed worry over the rate of insecurity in the South East region and called for its end to ensure peace, unity and development in the region.
The founder and President General of NNII, Iyom Josephine Anineh spoke at the 3rd Annual Conference of the organization at Old Government Lodge, Enugu. she said that Igbo women were concerned about the insecurity which had been affecting the region immensely.
She called for partnership with men to ensure return of peace, unity and development to the region, saying they’re here for peace talks
