Senator Nnamani affirms Commitment To Quality Representation

The Former governor of Enugu State and the current Senator representing Enugu East Senatorial Zone, Senator Chimaroke Ogbonnia Nnamani says he will continue to be professionally discharge his constitutional responsibilities.

Nnamani affirmed this while making public his achievements in the Nigerian Senate.

DAILY GAZETTE gathered that Senator Chimaroke Nnamani who founded the Ebeano political family has amongst other achievements, offset payment of West African Examination Council registration
fees for three thousand, nine hundred and ninety one female students in
Enugu East Senatorial District, with over fifty five million (N55, 000,000.00)
naira.

Others include:

  • Ongoing payment of salaries and allowances of selected constituents from the Six Local Government Areas in Enugu East Senatorial Districts.
  • Awards of scholarship to over 20 Orphans/Indigent Constituents with monthly
    allowances.
    YEAR 2020 CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS
  • Installation of Solar lights at the following markets
    New Haven market (Enugu North LGA)
  • Eke Otu market (Enugu South LGA
  • Kenyatta market (Enugu South LGA)
  1. Construction of Agbani – Ugbawka roads. (Ongoing: 1st Phase completed).
  2. Renovation of blocks of classroom at Hilltop Extension Primary School, Ngwo,
    Enugu North LGA.
  3. Training of 150 women and youths on fishery, snail and plantain farming in
    December 2020. And empowering them with open GP Tanks (for fish breeding),
    fish fingerings, plantain roots and stipends for take-off
  4. Distribution of 100 motorcycles to some youths in Enugu East Senatorial
    Districts in December 2020.
  5. Facilitation of employment of constituents at the Federal Ministry of Women
    Affairs, National Assembly, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital,
    Awka, Federal Medical Center, Owerri, University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital
    (UNTH), Enugu, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Federal School of Dental
    Technology and Therapy Enugu, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency
    (NDLEA), and other sundry establishments.

  1. Training of 150 women and youths on fishery, snail and plantain farming in
    April 2021. And empowering them with open GP Tanks (for fish breeding), fish
    fingerings, plantain roots and stipends for take-off.
  2. Training of 100 female secondary school teachers on Information and
    Communication Technology (ICT), and empowering them with laptops.
  3. Training of 100 male secondary school teachers on Information and
    Communication Technology (ICT), and empowering them with laptops.

    in August 2021, and empowering them with brand new deep freezers for catering
    services.
  3. Facilitation of N-POWER employment to constituents.
  4. Training of Ten (10) selected female constituents in catering services in Abuja in
    November 2021 & empowering them with new deep freezers for catering services
  5. Distribution of 100 motorcycles to some youths in Enugu East Senatorial
    Districts in December 2021.
