Kate Henshaw denies accepting bribe to delete anti-Tinubu posts.

Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw has reacted to allegation of accepting bribe from the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to delete all her social media posts against President Bola Tinubu and Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-olu.

Reacting earlier today, Henshaw shared a screenshot of the report as she cursed both the X user and the blogger who accused her of such.

She explained that she has been silent on the accusations for personal reasons, daring the accuser to come up with evidence.

Nigerian Communications Commission extends deadline for SIM-NIN linkage to July 31st.

The Nigerian Communications Commission has directed telecommunication companies to extend the disconnection of telephone lines not linked to National Identification Numbers from April 15, 2024, to July 31, 2024.

This decision communicated via a letter to telcoms came after a careful consideration of various challenges and requests for extension.

A source, told newsmen that this particular extension from 15th April to 31st July is for those who have four SIMs linked to just one phone line.

Enugu State police reports killing of two Eastern Security Network members in the state.

The Enugu State Police Command has announced the killing of two members of the security outfit of Indigenous People of Biafra, Eastern Security Network (ESN), a during a raid on their camp.

A statement today by the command’s spokesman, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, indicated that one AK-47 rifle, one submachine gun, among other ammunition were recovered after the raid.

Mr. DSP said that the raid was carried out by operatives of the command serving in Anti-Cultism Tactical Squad yesterday at about 2:30 am in their camp in Enugu South Local Government Area.

The statement said it was in line with carrying out of the Easter crime prevention strategies devised by the Commissioner of Police, Enugu State Command, CP Kanayo Uzuegbu.

Davido: “I Met Chioma Before I Became Rich.”

David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, is a Nigerian Afrobeats singer who claims to have met his wife Chioma prior to becoming wealthy.

Davido said that he would not have been able to start a relationship if he had not met Chioma in a video posted on Dami Adenuga’s X handle on Sunday.

“I was telling myself that if I had not met her earlier and I was single now, meeting a girl would not be the same. However, I met my wife before I had money. The fact that I am Davido and have money makes me feel as though the woman is speaking to me.

“When I am working on a project and I look around, that is when I feel like I am succeeding.” It makes me happy that everyone in my immediate vicinity saw me when I was nothing at all.
