Happie boys arrested, remanded in Prison in Cyprus

For yet to be known offence, News making round has it that the popular “Happie Boys” which were Former Security Guards were recently arraigned before a court in Cyprus and remanded in an underground prison by same court.

They were the boys who lost their job while dancing at a Fast Food joint before Apostle Chibuzor of OPM” sent them to Cyprus to study but later began to criticize him on a video that went viral.

Flights To Israel, Suspended By Major Airlines

Following a massive attack by Hamas, Israel declared w*r which made major airlines to suspend airlines. 

The US State Department has issued travel advisories for the region citing potential for terrorism and civil unrest, Associated Press reports following suspension of American Airlines, United Airlines, And Delta Air lines.

A Palestinian group, Hamas, had launched its The biggest attack on Israel early on Saturday was launched by a Palestinian group called Hamas. They sent fighters across the border while firing a barrage Of Rockets From Gaza. 

In response, Israel made it known that he was on a war with Palestinian by responding with its own strikes against Hamas. 

On Sunday,  Gaza was targeted, hitting mosques, housing blocks, tunnels, Hamas officials homes in Gaza. 

Till Monday morning, the fight is still on at different locations and not less than four hundred (400) people have been killed in Gaza and over seven hundred (700) have reportedly been killed in Israel. 

Reports have it that Nigeria, the European Union, Russia, and the United States, including other nations, have called for a ceasefire and dialogue. 

THREE TEENAGE ARMED ROBBERS ARRESTED

There have been news making round of the Operatives of “B” division Warri arresting a 14-year-old alleged armed robber by name Gift Peace ‘m’ at Enerhen junction, Warri.  He further confessed of being in the business of armed robbery since the age of seven (7). 

He was arrested alongside two other suspects namely; Idigbe Osreis ‘m’ aged 19yrs and Idigbe Perfect ‘m’ aged 16yrs. Recovered from them are two locally made gun.

Investigation is still on-going as of the time of filing this report. 

Day 2 Of ISRAEL AT WAR 

News making round has it that Israel has retaken most of its southern villages that Hamas took control of yesterday in a surprise attack, IDF confirms Israelis kidnapped to Gaza Strip. 

It has been reported that more than six hundred (600) Israelis have lost their lives in a surprise large-scale attack by the Palestinian terror group Hamas on Saturday. 

The Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu responded to the attack.  He vowed to reduce the group’s Gaza hideouts to “rubble.

 In a recent interview with Korty On Flow, Nigerian professional footballer,  Victor  Osimhen revealed that he he care less about a woman’s appearance and in that note, he cannot provide for any lady who doesn’t have anything to offer in their relationship. 

He further said that it is not acceptablefor him to buy her a Birkin bag while all he can get a long birthday note.

Police confirms Mohbad Died After Sustaining Injuries During Fight With PrimeBoy

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Idowu Owohunwa, has disclosed that injuries sustained during a fight between  The late singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba known as Mohbad, has been confirmed by The Lagos State Commissioner Of Police, CP Idowu Owihunwa to have died after he sustained Injury after a fight with his childhood friend, Ibrahim Owodunni aka Primeboy, in Ikorodu, which led to the singer’s death. 

This was disclosed on Friday, by CP Owohunwa while addressing the media on a press briefing. He said MohBad and PrimeBoy got into a fight after a show in Ikorodu where the Mohbad crooner had performed.

Cp Owohunwa made it known that the  injuries sustained by MohBad from that fight were not properly managed and not treated immediately which lead to his death.

“As at this moment, PrimeBoy is being treated as a suspect. 

A teacher was exposed for allegedly having s*x with her 12-year-old student. She claims to be “pregnant” for him and will raise the. baby”.

Alissa McCommon is a thirty-eight (38) year old woman from Covington, Tennessee. She was arrested late last month (September 2023) and charged with r@pe of a child after making contact with the little boy via SnapChat. 

The former fourth grade teacher at Charger Academy was in court on Tuesday, Oct. 3, with the hearing focusing on a series of texts and phone calls that the mum-of-two allegedly had with the victim.

The teacher claimed was pregnant and ready to raise the child. 

She previously warned the boy about regretting if she  tells the cops about their relationship. 

The Authorities are yet to officially confirm whether Alissa is pregnant, nor if the 12-year-old boy is the father.

Before the incidence, Alissa was fired from Charger Academy at the beginning of 2021 after being accused of having s3x with her former student in her home. According to Covington Police Department, She allegedly had s3xual correspondence with several other students including sending n*de pictures of herself and asking them if they wanted to have s3x. 

Alissa was booked back into the Tipton County Jail, and is due back in court on Monday, November 27, 2023.

Criminal Hideout, Demolished By The Lagos Task Force. Fifteen (15)  Suspects also Arrested

Criminal hideouts in the Lekki area of the state, has been demolished by The Lagos State Ministry Of Environment and Water Resources on Thursday which lead to the arrest of Fifteen (15 )suspects.

This was made known by The State Commissioner For Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahad on his X page, while he shared photos from the operation.

He also wrote, “Taskforce officers from the Lagos State Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources carried out the demolition of shanties and makeshift structures that deface the expressway at Orchid Junction, Eleganza Busstop, Lekki-Epe Expressway, and shanties serving as a criminal hideout in Ikota today (Thursday, 5th of October). 

During this operation, Fifteen (15) suspects with offensive weapons were also arrested.”

Remains Of Slain Fulani Leader, Recovered by Army

The Corpse of a missing Fulani leader, have on Thursday been recovered by “Troops Of Operation Safe Heaven Ardo Babdo, and now handed over to the family for proper burial.

The Nigerian Army on Thursday, disclosed this on statement on the official X handle.

On the statement made, it read, “The recovery of Gabdo’s remains marks a significant step forward in unravelling the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.  

It was reported that Gabdo went missing on Sunday, the 24th of September during his visit to his siblings and friends residing in Panyam of Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State after he left Bauchi. 

Driver, LASTMA Scuffle left one dead

At least, one person has di*d and others were injured in a scuffle involving officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, (LASTMA) a policeman and a driver in the Ago Palace area of Lagos.

Information gathered say that the incident happened on Tuesday morning when the yet-to-be-identified driver allegedly tried to escape after a traffic infraction, but tragedy  struck when the driver lost control and the vehicle rammed into a tricycle.

Reports Says That Army Busts IPOB, ESN Camps, Recovers Corpses, Others

There has been reports making round that The troops of  Joint Task Force South East Operation UDO KA II on Sunday, October 1, had cleared four camps of the Indigenous People of Biafra, and its armed affiliate, the Eastern Security Network, in Okigwe Local Government Area of Imo State. 

This was made known on Monday in a statement signed by Lieutenant Colonel 

A lot was discovered at the camps as they were being used to perpetrate atrocities such as cannibalism, occultic practices, and ritual killings to instil fears into the citizens as many fresh and old corpses were found in the camps.

In his statement which further read that two IPOB/ESN members were neutralised and  four of the criminals arrested.  

There were different Items which were recovered from the camps that includes different denominations of the defunct Biafra currencies, one new power bike, four motorcycles, solar panels, POP cements and petroleum tanker suspected to have been hijacked from their owners and a lot more.

BBNaija All Stars: Finally, Venita apologises to Tivs over her comment

Evicted Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, Venita Akpofure, has apologised to the Tiv people over her controversial comment about the culture of Tivs. 

The apex Tiv socio-cultural organisation, Mdzough U Tiv, Lagos State Branch, and the member representing Makurdi/Guma Federal Constituency of Benue State in the House of Representatives, Hon. Dickson Tarkighir, had threatened legal actions against Venita.

In a post-eviction interview with media personality, Hero Daniels, the mother of two said she regrets her “careless” comment especially as her daughters are Tiv.

On her apology, She said, “The statement I made about Tiv people got twisted a bit. My daughters are actually Tiv. There’s no way I will be trying to make any kind of malicious or slanderous comment towards their people. Actually, in my season we did a whole play around the Tor Tiv coronation which I participated in and was super excited about.

She finally said “For those that are offended by it, I’m regretful about that.”

Eight suspected criminal has been paraded by Nigerian Military with Recovered Weapons

The Special Task Force Operation Safe Haven paraded eight criminal suspects at the  Headquarters OPSH in Jos on Friday.

The suspects are allegedly linked to crimes, including the murder of one Dorathy Jonathan, gun manufacturing, gunrunning, attack and burning of Saint Raphael Catholic Church, and the killing of a herder in Kaduna State. 

This was disclosed in a statement on the official X handle of the Nigerian Army.

A wanted gunrunner, Napoleon John, was also arrested and further led troops to a concealed factory where arms of different caliber were sold by another miscreant, Monday Dunia, who confessed to having been in the business for more than five years fueling the crisis in Kaduna and Plateau States.

It was gathered that two other suspects were arrested for their involvement in the killing of a herder following a reprisal attack by locals over the killing of a farmer in Gora town. 

These two suspects, Hassan Mato and Ahmad Khalifa, were also arrested for attacking and burning Saint Raphael Catholic Church in Kaduna State, and killing a seminarian, Naaman Ngophe. 

The statement further read, “A total of 31 different caliber of weapons were recovered from the suspects including three AK 47 Riffles, five fabricated AK 47 Riffles, one pump action rifle and 10 locally fabricated pistols, eight fabricated revolvers rifle and three locally fabricated sub machine guns.”

Woman K1lls  Her 65-Year-old Husband With Pestle

A mother of three, Mrs Tayelolu Solomon, has allegedly k1lled her 65-year-old husband, Felix Solomon, with a pestle in Ondo State.

It was gathered that the couple had been having a lingering crisis and the woman had threatened to k1ll him. 

According to the son of the deceased, Ibukun Solomon who witnessed the incident, he said “My mother killed my father with a pestle in my presence and took to her heels. She used the pestle to h1t his head when he was asleep, He became unconscious in the process and fell down from where he was sleeping. My mother used the pestle to h1t my father’s he*d three times and he later d*ed. When my mother saw that my father was already unconscious, she hid the pestle at the back of our house and ran away

“I called out to our neighbors who rushed my father to the hospital. But he later died. His corpse has been deposited at the morgue. My mother had three children for my father and I’m the last child.”

It was learnt that the deceased was on the floor of the house when the people of the community arrived at the scene. And they called the police for help. It was further gathered that the deceased had planned to report the woman to her family before she sent him to his grave.

A member of the deceased’s family said they were making efforts to settle the incessant fight between the couple before tragedy struck.

The source revealed that was not the first time such face-off would occur between the couple and the family would settle it amicably.

“The woman had been threatening to k1ll her husband whenever they were fighting. And the deceased informed us about the threats. But we never knew she would carry out the act. But this time, she took laws into her own hands and k1lled our brother for nothing. She must be arrested and prosecuted accordingly. 

They bitterly cried out for Justice to be served
